Rosemary`s Hilltop Kitchen in Crockett

I fell in love with Rosemary's during the first time I ate there. Since that time I have never left there dissatisfied. I love all their food especially the PECAN PIE !! Wonderful people, great food.

Really enjoyed the food, and had a really good visit with a dear friend of me.

Breakfast was very delicious took my husband for his first time & he enjoyed it most definitely coming again!

Good variety of vegetables on the buffet table, good service, friendly atmosphere, chicken and dumplings we're like Grandma used to make....

Usually a good breakfast but not today. Except for the hash browns (which were excellent today), my western omlet was supposed to be with no bell peppers and it wasn't, AND it didn't have tomatoes.

We eat at every mom n pop country kitchen all over the US. Though raised near SF CA, I spent a lot of time with my Arkansas grandparents who lived nearby. The highest compliment I can give is that this is the first time I finished a meal at a restaurant and saidI just ate at my grandma's.

This was our first time eating at Rosemary’s, and the food, staff, and atmosphere were beyond great!!

The people here can cook some GOOD food ... and they are amazingly sweet ... I love this place!

We went there on Saturday. Waited for over an hour for our order. Food was served cold and eggs were over cooked. We informed the waitress. She got the bearded manager. He said we were rude and too never visit this restaurant again. Rest assured we won't. I advise nonlocals to do the same.

At one time they had the best pies in town. Stopped last week excited about getting my pie craving satisfied...i was soo dissapointed... got a piece Coconut cream and a piece of chocolate both were very disappointing. I won't be going back for pie anymore.....its a sad thing.

The steak omlette was good. Itbput me in the mind of a cheese steak. The buffet was fresh and the whole group enjoyed lunch.

Will not be going back! Customer service is lacking, like many of the places here in Crockett. I made a complaint about my dish. The young lady tending to the customers today let me know that she was sorry and did not make the prices.then turned away and left. Dish: Grilled chicken breast breast with two sides. Price: 10.81Problem: the chicken breast was either small or cut in half. Go to the photos tab and look for the video of the plate.

We were hoping to find a pretty unique place for lunch after visiting Mission Tejas, but was surprised so many places were closed on a Sunday. This place had high reviews on Trip Advisor so we decided to give it a shot. Glad we did! The buffet was great, we really like the pot roast, mashed potatoes with gravy, hamburger steak and brown gravy, fried chicken, rolls, warm potato salad, black eyed peas, corn, & green beans. The chicken dumplings were a little bland and didn’t really care for the Cole slaw. Great selection on the salad bar & the dessert is definitely shareable! Definitely worth a stop!

Fried catfish was great! My husband loved the fried chicken. He is always hunting good fried chicken and was very pleased with it. My son loved the chicken spaghetti. He thought it was some of the best he'd had. Definitely will stop here again when in the area.

On the several occasions I have been here, the food is never good.The last 2 times I was at Rosemary's, there was an animal living in the ceiling. Since my last 2 visits were a month apart, I was hoping an exterminator was called... But no. After the last visit, I will no longer return. However, every visit we always saw roaches. 1 star is to good for this nasty place.

Family style atmosphere, the fried chicken was good. Some of the side's on the buffet needed to changed out. Otherwise great place to go if you don't want to cook. The young man that helped us out turns out to be the owner's grandson, he was very professional, and has great people skills.

I love this place. Real food. Real people. A local favorite. Yummy too.

Great breakfast every time. All the good is very good. My wife says they have the best fried chicken livers anywhere. Why waist time and money on liver??????? I will continue to hit the steam table and close my eyes when I see the livers and gizzards.

The service is excellent, fast and friendly. Breakfast is good. The dinner buffet didn't have much that tempted me. Ordered catfish dinner, it was bland, no taste, fortunately no fishy taste either. Will come back for breakfast, but I'll pass on the dinner

What a great place. I wish McKinney Texas had a great little restaurant like this. Hanna your great, my coffee cup was never empty and the homemade pies are the best. I can't wait to go back.

Oh my! So much about this little place is good. Service was outstanding (thank you, Lucy) and Rosemary was fun to talk with. I was in love when i saw the chicken spaghetti on the buffet, but oh my! The coconut cream pie. You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't stop in for a visit.

I love this place. Had lunch here today. Everything was really good. One of the owners was my waiter and treated me very nicely. I had a chicken fried steak with the salad bar and everything was great.

Only ate the breakfast but it was very good. Best hash browns I've ever eaten. Pancake was amazing too. I've heard so many good things about the pecan pie but it was too big and too early in the morning for me to try. Hope I'm in the area again one day so I can try it.

May look like a little hole in the wall, and I definitely was skeptical when I first pulled in the driveway,but don't judge a book by its cover! One of the best chicken buffets I've been to in a while, and the staff is super sweet. Like eating dinner at your grandma's

Quiet possibly the best fried chicken in East Texas.

Really Great fried chicken and would ya BELIEVE, Hot Water Cornbread!! Chocolate Pie, Purple Hull Peas ... Come on Y'all ... This is some serious good food:) GET THERE!!!

Good place to wind down after a long day

Breakfast time. Prices and food are good and size of servings are plentiful. Interior is old and run down.

Chicken good when ever it's fresh

Absolute best sour dough dinner rolls ever, scratch, made with real sour dough starter, that with butter and grape jelly was my dessert. The food is great also

It's pretty good food. Very typical diner with pie. The service was alright, a little slow to get a refill and no chocolate chips for kids pancakes, but otherwise pretty good overall.

We found this restaurant while traveling from San Antonio to Nacogdoches. Glad we stopped. I had the grilled chicken salad and hand breaded onion rings. My husband had the fried chicken buffet. Lots of food and it was all really good. No room for dessert which was unfortunate because the pies looked delicious. It felt good to dine in at a restaurant. Oh, the simple pleasures!!

Real home cooked food. If you leave hungry it's your own fault. And the homemade pies. . Oh ya...Service was the best..
